Connecting Family and Friends through StoriiCare

At EvergreenADC, we strive to offer the gold-standard of care. In an effort to do this, we have taken the progressive step of introducing StoriiCare to our community. StoriiCare is a person-centered care platform that allows us to plan and record our processes digitally. It also includes Storii, an interactive app for families that provides an inside look at what is happening each day in our community. Storii sends families notifications with updates about their loved one, offering a higher level of connection to our residents/service users and their families.
