Evergreen Recreation Center  (ERC)

Evergreen Recreation Center  (ERC) was established in June of 2013 as an LLC. ERC is located on the back campus of EADC and was established as a recreation center exclusively for EADC consumers to enjoy as one of the program components  offered during program hours. The recreational activities offered are the following:  outdoor basketball courts, volleyball courts, miniature golf course, exercise classes such as Zumba, Pilates, Yoga and Barre all taught by a certified instructor.

ERC  also celebrates monthly themed activities such as: Birthdays, Ice Cream Socials, Karaoke, Bbq’s, Bingo, Luau’s, Themed out dance parties and/or sport friendly competition of choice with their peers.

During the summer months and weather permitting, there are shaded cabanas to sit under to enjoy meals/snacks or engage in group recreational activity of choice.

​

During the cold months, ERC offers the inside of their building to make use of their indoor theatre room,  arts and crafts, cooking, and holiday themed activities. 

​

On your scheduled day to ERC, please download ERC - Temp Tracker and submit to ERC Activity Coordinator. This form will have the names of staff  and consumers in attendance along with temperature readings done by day program and care home prior to arrival.  ERC will also take temperature readings using an infrared thermometer on the scheduled date of activity.

​

There will be  ERC staff on site  sanitizing the recreational activity materials after use and constantly disinfecting high traffic areas.

Fee: $10.00

To secure your reservation, payments should be made 2-weeks prior to day. We accept the following forms of payment: Venmo, Cash, or checks payable to Evergreen Adult Development Center.
