Home- and Community-Based Services (HCBS) is person-centered care offered to people in home and community. There is a variety of health and human services that can be provided in this area. For more information, click here:
Evergreen Adult Development Center offers an Off-Campus Volunteer Program which includes Community Involvement to unleash the potentials and talents of our participants on their preferred choice of fields in the community.
Participants must sign the permission slip waiver and review volunteer program guidelines.

Locations

Rite Aid
Tuesday and Wednesday
The participants will volunteer in dusting shelves, sweeping, brown bagging, and filling up cart with grocery items.

Martha's Kitchen
Wednesday
The participants will volunteer in food preparation, simple housekeeping, gift wrapping and packaging the items with proper sanitation and safety procedures.

Walgreens
Tuesday
The participants will volunteer in dusting shelves, sweeping, brown bagging, and filling up cart with grocery items.

Lord's Pantry
Friday
The participants will volunteer in food preparation, simple housekeeping, gift wrapping and packaging the items with proper sanitation and safety procedures.

Reaching Out
Thursday
The participants will volunteer in packing/unpacking of fruits and vegetables into plastic bags, sorting of fruits and vegetables, and putting small items on shelves.

Library
Monday and Friday
The participants will volunteer in dusting shelves and computers, and putting books on shelves.
